Melissa started Kendall Association in 2017, seeing the continued changes evolving in the public work sector. She is very passionate at what she does and loves her career path. She has worked in prevailing wage for more than 20 years.

Troy Kendall

Vice President, Project Coordinator

Troy has worked in the construction field for over 20 years he is a certified journeyman carpenter and graduated from the AGC apprenticeship program. He has a bachelor’s degree in finance from San Diego State University.

We specialize in labor compliance consulting on state and federal projects. We have one division that handles certified payroll documents and another that monitors the labor compliance.
