Compliance monitoring will be directly monitored by any online certified payroll system to collect, store, review, and audit start-up documents, certified payroll reports, fringe benefit statements, trust reports going to the local union, and any other prevalent labor compliance documents.
Kendall Association will send out a monthly audit to the Prime and Owner listing all subcontractors. There will be a payment withhold if the items are delinquent.
Before retention has been paid on a public works project, affidavit will be requested prior to the close-out of the project and release of final payment.
We monitor and review the apprentice ratios set forth by the State of California DIR.
Job-site walks will be done on the project every couple of months. This will entail a list of questions being asked to the construction site workers, and will be signed off on after the interview is completed.
Additionally, we will resolve and listen to any complaints from third parties.
For employees, we will provide training on LCPTracker or any other online payroll systems.
Along with tracking and keeping logs of all documents that have been submitted, we’ll archive all proper labor compliance documents.
